November to February daily 10am to 4pm last boat 3pm.

Parking: Parking is available at the top of ramped access.
Approach: There is ramped access with hand rail to the towpath.
Internal circulation: Boat loading available from car park side for wheelchair access. The boat is accessed by two block steps: there are three barge steps with handrail to the platform.
Wheelchair access: A wheelchair lift onto the boat is available.
General Information: Wheelchairs are left at the ticket office. Wheelchair users are the responsibility of carers whilst on the boat. Deck seating is available.
The boat tour is available in a readable format for people with hearing impairment. There is a skipper guided tour for the visually impaired. Boats available for people who have some mobility but due to the nature of the escape access from the caverns/boats, they are not suitable for passengers with no mobility
Accessible toilets: Males and Female toilets available on the car park before reaching the ticket office. Accessible toilet avavailable within British waterways facilities building at Todds End on the canal towpath, 2 minutes from the car park. Key available from the ticket
